Classes

Pink Diamond Defense is growing and evolving in order to address the needs of women here in the East Tennessee Area.  We appreciate so much all the support and help we have received from Devan Plaisance and Hard Knox Combat Club. We are now in the process of going out on our own with the purchase of our own mats and insurance.  Now we have the ability to travel and reach even more women.  In fact, if you have a space large enough and would like to sponsor an event, please let us know.  Group rates are available for groups over eight. Please contact us for more information. 

    Fall classes will be held at the Best Western off of North Peters, near Cedar Bluff.  We will be using the Envoy room which is located on the third floor. Women's self-defense under chandeliers, it doesn't get any girlier than that! 

    We are currently teaching the FLAG program as a two to three hour seminar.  It is our hope to begin offering seminars at least once a month beginning in Fall 2011.  The seminars are currently $30 per person (ladies only).  As always, practice makes perfect and once a student has completed a seminar, we invite her back and reduce tuition on additional seminars on that same level to $10.  We will waive tuition completely for her if she will bring a friend or family member.  As we have more women complete our Level I seminar and there is interest, we will begin adding a Level II and Level III FLAG seminar.  It is our goal to spread awareness of women’s self-defense, sexual assault, and domestic violence to as many women as possible and make it as affordable as possible.
